Food experimentation always fascinated me. But I’m bad at gardening, never did anything with fermentation and never made hot sauce in my life before. So if you feel like me and are fascinated by hot sauces then this is the right talk for you. We’ll go through the complete process, using tools that are available to make it a bit more exciting and easy to do. And obviously it’ll include a tasting session, so you not only require your eyes and ears – but you’ll also require your taste buds for this talk.
