Due to the large number of attendees, we need to split meal times into two shifts to accommodate everyone in the hotel restaurant. The shifts are as follows:
Early Shift:
Breakfast – 08:00 – 09:30
Lunch – 12:00 – 13:00
Dinner – 17:30 – 19:00
Late Shift:
Breakfast – 10:00 – 11:30
Lunch – 13:15 – 14:15
Dinner – 19:30 – 21:00
You will need to choose one shift for the entire duration of the event. Please select your shift carefully, as you will not be able to change it later.
We aim to grant all attendees their preferred meal shift based on a first come, first serve principle. Due to capacity limitations we will be forced to assign a different shift to some attendees. Thank you for understanding.
Included in your ticket: Dinner on Friday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday. Breakfast and lunch on Sunday.

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at Hackerhotel 2025, we kindly ask that you inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions you may have.
Please communicate your specific needs to the Hackerhotel team by November 30, 2024.
